First we take Bunnahabhain, then we take Berlin Bowmore.
Bowmore 21 yo 1995/2016 cask #4 Whiskybroker 54.7% - 183 bottles released.
Nose: typical and splendid earthiness, Islay peat, touch of soap that is fading away and whiffs of raspberry.
Taste: expressive and meaty, earth, peat, salt, ham and oak with some cologne note :)
Finish: long, peaty and spicy.
Overall: it could be 90/100 if the soap was absent... Very nice Bowmore nevertheless, far better than what you can get in travel retail nowadays, recommended.
Score = 22 22.5 22.5 22, 89/100!
